Profile Introduction
Our client a leading company in the Oil and Gas sector is seeking for a Warehouse Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring receipt warehousing and distribution of packaged lubricants to ensure customer orders are serviced timely safely and in a responsible manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all activities and operations within Lubes warehouse are in line with Company directives and company rules.
- Providing daily decade and monthly information on lubes position as well as supervising & ensuring warehouse documents are accurately maintained and up to date- stock cards picking list filing.
- Ensuring daily stocks reporting timelines as required stock cards timely and accurately updated and daily spot check.
- Managing lubes warehouse equipment by promptly reporting any defects and accurately maintain records of periodic maintenance checks on forklifts and any other equipment.
- Ensure efficient use of forklifts to maximize productivity and minimize maintenance breakdowns. Truck loadings and offloading to be done in time and efficient manner.
- Strictly ensuring Stocks movement to be accompanied with proper and approved SAP documentation. Customer loading fairly scheduled on first come first served basis or as communicated by dispatch/depot accountant/depot manager
- Coordinating NCPs returns to appointed disposal agents to ensure minimal stockage of NCPs at the warehouse.
- Actively coordinating decade/monthly/quarterly stock take exercise as per requirement.
- Ensuring proper housekeeping warehouse and yard arrangement to maximize space utilization.
- Championing toolbox meeting for both staff and 3rd party drivers.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in a technical/business field
At least 2 years experience in warehousing or depot operations and good knowledge of petroleum products and stock management.
Supply and Logistics skills is an added advantage
Good team player and analytical skills Integrity and compliance mindset.

Required Skills:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Diploma in Record keeping or Inventory Management or an equivalent field / Certificate with relevant experience At least 1 years experience in store management or recording keeping; Conversant with MS Excel and MS Word programs
