Job Summary
- Develop interior design concepts mood boards layouts and material palettes
- Produce detailed architectural interior joinery and construction drawings
- Create high-quality 3D models visualisations and presentations
- Prepare material specifications schedules and BOQ inputs
- Coordinate interior designs with architectural structural and MEP requirements
- Manage projects from concept through construction and final handover
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Conduct site inspections and ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate contractors suppliers and project teams
- Mentor and review the work of junior designers
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Interior Architecture Interior Design Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and technically detailed interior projects
- Excellent space-planning material-selection and detailing skills
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp and rendering software such as Lumion Enscape or V-Ray
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop InDesign or Illustrator
- Revit knowledge will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of construction methods joinery finishes and building services
- Strong project-management communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines
- Experience in hospitality commercial office and retail interiors will be an advantage
Required Skills:
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects Solid understanding of cost estimation cost control tendering processes and contract management Proficient in interpreting construction drawings specifications and technical documents Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving abilities Competent in MS Office and industry-standard quantity surveying software Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
