Our client is seeking to hire a QA & Team Leader to ensure the accuracy and quality of AI training data while supervising annotation teams to achieve productivity quality and project delivery targets. The role combines quality assurance team supervision coaching performance monitoring and project coordination to ensure annotation work meets the required standards.
Job Description
- Conduct quality audits of AI training data to ensure accuracy and compliance with project guidelines.
- Supervise and coordinate annotation teams to achieve quality productivity and delivery targets.
- Monitor team KPIs workloads attendance and overall performance.
- Coach annotators and provide timely feedback to address quality and performance gaps.
- Coordinate onboarding refresher training and regular calibration sessions.
- Identify recurring quality issues and implement corrective and improvement measures.
- Prepare and submit reports on team performance quality productivity and project progress.
- Collaborate with Project and Operations teams to resolve issues and support successful project delivery.
- Ensure team members consistently follow project guidelines processes and quality standards.
- Support workload planning and resource allocation to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Escalate significant quality performance or operational issues to the appropriate management team.
Qualifications:
Diploma or a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration IT Data Management Operations or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance team supervisiondata annotation data labelling content moderation customer service BPO or a related environment.
Previous experience supervising or leading a team is required.
Experience working with AI training data data annotation data labelling or similar projects is an added advantage.
Experience conducting quality audits and monitoring team KPis.
Experience in coaching training and performance management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and ability to work with digital tools and project management systems.
