Job Summary


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
  • Help conduct initial HR interviews

2. Onboarding & Employee Records

  • Assist in onboarding new hires (documentation orientation)
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Ensure employee files are updated and organized

3. HR Administration

  • Support day-to-day HR operations
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters contracts and reports
  • Assist in payroll data preparation (if applicable)

4. Employee Engagement

  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events
  • Support internal communication initiatives
  • Assist in surveys and feedback collection

5. Policy & Compliance Support

  • Help ensure HR policies are followed
  • Assist in updating HR policies and handbooks


Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality
