Job Summary
We are looking for a Tier 3 IT Support & NOC Engineer with advanced experience in Network Operations troubleshooting infrastructure monitoring and critical incident resolution capable of serving as an escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
2 years of experience in Network Operations / NOC
Hands-on experience configuring routers switches firewalls and wireless controllers
Strong troubleshooting skills in routing switching and network connectivity
Experience with network monitoring and traffic analysis tools
Ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Experience coordinating escalations with technicians vendors and other technical teams
Strong English skills for technical communication and incident management
Highly valued: Experience working in MSP environments mult
