Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist

Currently we are looking for a PreSales Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team who thrives in a demanding fastmoving environment.

As a PreSales Solutions Specialist you will partner with the sales team as the key advisor bringing Explorances offerings to life through engaging demonstrations and tailored solutions.

What you will do as our new PreSales Solutions Specialist

• Represent Explorance as a trusted advisor in our software suites
• Deliver remote and onsite product demonstrations to potential customers
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs and technical insights
• Write and review RFP responses and other technical documents
• Build and manage relationships with potential customers at a technical level
• Support salespeople with strategy and solution design
• Design manage and maintain demo & sandbox environments
• Attend and present at tradeshows and conferences

• Presentation & Communication Skills A customerfacing role requiring the ability to engage and inspire
• Technical Aptitude Comfort with software solutions and the ability to quickly grasp technology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel often and support multiple time zones
• Impeccable verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Eagerness to work in a fastpaced environment
• Serviceoriented personality
• Proficiency in MS Office and webbased applications
• Educational background: Communications Business IT or a related field with some technical exposure
