Mobile App Developer (Flutter Dart Cross-Platform Mobile)

Alina Group Jordan LLC is expanding and opening its new offices in Amman. We are looking for a talented Mobile App Developer to join our growing team and build high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. You will work closely with our design product and backend teams to deliver outstanding mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive high-performance mobile interfaces
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services in collaboration with backend engineers
• Write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices
• Optimize app performance responsiveness and scalability
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve application issues across iOS and Android
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
• Stay current with Flutter Dart and mobile development trends

Must-Have Requirements

Please apply only if you fully meet all of the following:

• 23 years of professional experience in mobile app development
• 23 years of hands-on professional experience with Flutter and Dart
• Proven track record building and shipping mobile applications (professional work environments academic projects do not qualify)
• Experience with cross-platform development for iOS and Android

Additional Requirements for Eligibility:

• Advanced English communication skills our work environment operates fully in English
• Must be comfortable working on-site at our new Amman offices (not a remote position)
• Jordanian national (residency requirement for this role)
• Compensation aligned with the Jordanian local market
