Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support Mercers flagship data offering the Total Remuneration Surveys across the Middle East region. We will count on you to:
Serve as a primary contact for clients addressing inquiries providing product demonstrations and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive client experience.
Monitor and nurture client relationships through follow-ups and ongoing support.
Analyze client survey submissions prepare for survey and spot poll publications and identify remuneration trends and insights through benchmarking.
Assist in drafting reports and deliverables to support project objectives.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions feedback and action items to ensure continuity and accountability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align client needs with company offerings and strategic initiatives.
What you need to have:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or a related field.
0-1 years of experience in data analytics client relationship management customer service or a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building and stakeholder influence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
