Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via chat email and phone in Portuguese.
• Assist users with account settings content-related inquiries and refund requests.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Review flagged content to ensure compliance with community standards.
• Identify issues such as phishing spam and malware.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining high-quality service.

Requirements

• Portuguese (C1 or native) and English (C1).
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic PC skills and typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have valid work authorization in Greece
