Grow Our Own (GO2) Industrial Sales Account Manager Trainee
GO2 is our 12 month development program designed for recent graduates interested in a career in industrial sales. You will receive comprehensive training hands on experience and dedicated mentorship preparing you to transition into a full-time sales role in an assigned territory.
What You Will Do
Participate in structured training at our headquarters where you will receive ongoing mentorship professional development and in-depth product training
Learn full cycle outside sales skills and build relationships with new and existing customers to solve real-world customer problems through technical and product solutions
Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls visiting customers on-site
What You Will Need
Associate degree or technical training in a related field
Bachelors degree in Industrial Distribution Engineering Supply Chain Sales Business or related field (preferred)
Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution
Mechanical interest and aptitude
Ability to start in Summer / Fall / Winter 2026.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be outgoing friendly approachable and build relationships with peers and potential customers.
Competitive in nature with a passion for winning and a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environment.
What We Offer
This is a full-time paid position with a transition into a full-time Account Manager upon completion of the program.

Compensation: $45000 to $55000 / year with opportunity for bonus during the training program.
