Northern Plains Equipment is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Counter Specialist Agricultural Equipment to join our team in Garrison North Dakota. What Youll Do

• Process parts orders returns warranties and credits
• Assist customers in person by phone and electronically with parts needs
• Handle incoming freight shipments and process purchase orders
• Source and procure parts from internal and external suppliers
• Provide accurate and timely parts support to service technicians and customers
• Maintain organized records of orders inventory and transactions
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Support overall dealership operations as needed

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and team-oriented mindset
• Agricultural or equipment parts experience is a plus but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a shop/dealership environment
