We are seeking an experienced and motivated Asbestos Project Manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for overseeing asbestos abatement projects from start to finish while ensuring all work is completed safely efficiently and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage residential and commercial asbestos abatement projects
Supervise crews subcontractors and project schedules
Ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and state asbestos regulations
Coordinate inspections air monitoring permits and project documentation
Conduct site visits customer meetings and project walkthroughs
Track job costs materials labor and project progress
Communicate with customers consultants adjusters and internal teams
Maintain safe job sites and enforce company safety policies
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Requirements
Must be licensed and certified as an Asbestos Supervisor
Strong understanding of asbestos regulations and safety procedures
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Experience in restoration demolition or environmental services preferred
