About the Role
This is a beginner-level role specifically within the Campervan team ideal for those eager to build a career in insurance. As a Personal Lines Account Executive youll manage and develop a portfolio of clients handling all aspects of Personal Lines insurance including Campervan insurance. You will be a key part of delivering high-quality customer service while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of Personal Lines clients within the Campervan team.
Handle Renewals to ensure strong retention rates and client satisfaction.
Generate New Business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
Process Mid-Term Adjustments (MTAs) accurately and efficiently.
Respond to client queries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Work effectively with internal systems including Relay to ensure smooth operational flow.
About You:
A strong desire to learn and develop in a sales-driven environment.
Prior experience in Personal Lines insurance is preferred but not essential.
Comfortable with phone-based communication and sales.
Proactive organised and detail-oriented with the ability to handle a high volume of work.
Strong communication skills particularly in a customer-facing role.
Previous experience using Relay is a plus.
