As the Senior Maintenance Manager M&RE you will oversee the maintenance and reliability of one of our flagship fulfillment centers. You will take a hands-on approach to leadership effectively engaging motivating and coaching team members. Partnering with the M&RE senior leadership team you will define develop and deliver the maintenance roadmap and set the standard for operational efficiency within your fulfillment center.

You will...

• Oversee M&RE-related processes including maintenance of automation and manufacturing equipment electrical refrigeration PIT equipment (forklifts) building grounds and overall upkeep of your building
• Motivate engage coach and inspire a team of managers and technicians creating a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change from within
• Provide project management and support as assigned for key strategic and building level projects

• Manage outside vendors and facilitate planned and unplanned repairs
• Ensure that maintenance regulations are followed
• Maintain a current list of contractors to ensure that all emergency repairs are handled in a timely manner
• Identify problems and brainstorm improvement strategies for the fulfillment center

You have

• 8 years managing maintenance/operations and reliability within theFood/Beverage/Perishables/Distribution industry or equivalent experience
• Bachelors Degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
• Effective leader and communicator for employees direct reports cross-functional teams and executives
• High level of integrity and ethics with excellent follow-up and follow-through
• Interest in engaging directly with all levels of staff
• Well-versed in recent OSHA regulations and compliance
• Able to read and interpret blueprints manuals and schematics
• Exposure to refrigeration systems
• Knowledgeable in GMP/LEAN and strong continuous improvement and project management skills
• Comfortable working in cold environments with some areas of facility at 40F
• Excitement for working in a start-up environment with a high level of ambiguity and change
• Flexibility to work weekends holidays and/or nights
