Physical Therapist Outpatient Orthopedics

Location: Kennewick WA

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused adaptable and comfortable managing a fast-paced outpatient caseload while delivering high-quality rehabilitative care.

This opportunity is open to first-time travelers; however new graduates will not be considered.

Patient Population

Outpatient Orthopedic patients

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic injuries and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy mobility training and functional rehabilitation
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients on injury prevention recovery strategies and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes

Productivity Expectations

Expected productivity: 60 patient visits per week
Average patient volume: 1214 patients per day
Double-booking of follow-up visits expected

Requirements

Outpatient experience preferred
First-time travelers accepted
New graduates will not be accepted
PTA candidates will not be accepted
Strong communication and patient care skills required
Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting
