My Place Hotel Jamestown is seeking a reliable energetic team player to join our front desk and operations team. This is a hands-on hospitality role in a fast-paced environment where guest service cleanliness and teamwork all come together to keep the hotel running smoothly.

Schedule

24 days per week
3:00 PM 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
Flexible scheduling within coverage needs

What Youll Do

This role includes a combination of front desk and hotel support duties including:

Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs
Assisting with reservations and guest requests
Supporting daily front desk operations and guest services
Maintaining accurate system entries and communication logs
Completing laundry duties as needed
Cleaning and maintaining hotel common areas
Ensuring overall cleanliness and presentation standards are met throughout the shift
Working closely with team members to ensure smooth hotel operations

Communicates clearly and works well with a team
Takes pride in cleanliness and attention to detail
Can multitask between guest service and housekeeping duties
Is willing to learn (hotel experience is a plus but not required)
