Executrade is currently building a talent pool of experienced Travel Nurses for upcoming opportunities across Alberta. These assignments are available within a variety of healthcare environments including rural hospitals acute care facilities continuing care settings and community health locations.
We are seeking adaptable and compassionate nursing professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are open to temporary assignments in communities throughout the province. Opportunities may vary in length location and schedule with both short-term and longer-term contracts available.
Responsibilities Include:
Delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with professional nursing standards
Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Monitoring assessing and documenting patient conditions and care plans
Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
Supporting patients and families with professionalism and empathy
Adapting quickly to new clinical environments and procedures
Qualifications:
Active registration and good standing with the applicable Alberta nursing regulatory body
Minimum 1 years of related experience
Previous acute care rural emergency LTC or community nursing experience
Current BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required depending on assignment
Strong clinical judgment communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
Flexibility to travel within Alberta for assignments
Up-to-date immunizations and health documentation may be required depending on the specific site or assignment
