Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a physician office setting in Cincinnati OH. The RN will provide patient care assist physicians manage patient follow-ups and support daily clinic operations in an outpatient environment.
Responsibilities
Assess patients and document medical information in EMR
Take vital signs weight and patient history
Assist physicians during exams and procedures
Administer IM and SQ injections
Handle patient phone triage and clinical questions
Follow up on labs imaging and physician orders
Educate patients on medications and treatment plans
Process insurance authorizations and paperwork
Maintain clinical equipment and emergency readiness
Support overall office and nursing operations
Requirements
Diploma in Nursing required
Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
BLS Certification (AHA) required
Experience in outpatient or physician office nursing
Experience with IM/SQ injections
Basic computer skills (Outlook Word Excel)
Experience using EKG BP monitors treadmill and defibrillator equipment
