Pay Rate: $30 $45/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 35 days per week
Shift Types: Day Evening & Night shifts available
Shift Length: 812 hours
Weekly Hours: Approximately 3640 hours

Position Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) in Long-Term Care (LTC) is responsible for delivering high-quality resident-centered nursing care in a skilled nursing environment. The role includes comprehensive clinical assessment medication administration care coordination and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes and quality of life. The RN will also support daily clinical operations while ensuring compliance with all facility policies state regulations and federal standards.

Primary Responsibilities
Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
Assess monitor and document resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Administer medications treatments and IV therapies per clinical protocols
Coordinate and implement care plans to ensure continuity and quality of care
Supervise and support LPNs CNAs and other clinical staff during shifts
Respond to resident needs emergencies and clinical changes in a timely manner
Maintain accurate documentation including clinical records medication logs and incident reports
Collaborate with physicians therapists social workers and interdisciplinary teams
Educate residents and families regarding care plans medications and treatment goals
Ensure compliance with infection control safety standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in quality improvement initiatives audits and care conferences
Promote a compassionate safe and dignified resident care environment
Required Qualifications
Education:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Licensure & Certifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
COVID-19 vaccination required
Experience:
02 years of RN experience preferred
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care strongly preferred
