General Manager Asbestos Abatement & Demolition Services
Meet with clients and prepare project estimates
Build relationships with customers contractors property managers and insurance professionals
Lead and support field teams to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
Ensure compliance with OSHA EPA DEQ and company safety standards
Work closely with office staff on project tracking and documentation
Help grow the business through networking and relationship development
Foster a positive accountable team-oriented culture
Leadership or team management experience
Construction restoration environmental services mitigation or asbestos industry background preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional customer-service mindset
Microsoft Office & computer proficiency
Valid Oregon Drivers License with clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Knowledge of asbestos regulations and environmental safety procedures is a strong plus.
