Full Stack Developer Sr. Remote in Guadalajara

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedSenior Full Stack Developer as a Support Engineer L4 to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep technical expertise strong architectural thinking and a passion for building scalable cloud-native applications. As a senior engineer you will influence technical direction mentor junior developers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development support for L4 of fullstack applications using Angular and PostgreSQL
• Supervise the Cloud Architecture: Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
• Validation and improvement of API Management: Build scalable APIs microservices and integration layers.
• Propose experience for Optimization: Optimize application performance reliability and security.
• Strong Collaboration: Work with product architecture DevOps and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Lead and conduct improvements to the DevOps team: Conduct code reviews provide technical mentorship and promote engineering best practices.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack and drive root-cause analysis.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving development processes and standards.

Technical Skills Required

• Experience: Senior-level with 8 years of experience in software development.
• Frontend: Advanced proficiency with Angular including component architecture state management and UI performance.
• Backend: Deep experience with and modern frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
• Database: Strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL including performance tuning and schema design.
• Cloud: Professional experience with AWS including designing and deploying production workloads.
• Support Experience:Debugging troubleshooting and maintenance background.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terragrunt or Terraform).
• Knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Experience with GraphQL DynamoDB AWS AppSync Athena or Glue.
• Familiarity with ETL pipelines or data engineering concepts.

Location & Schedule

• Location: Guadalajara Jalisco (Rinconada del Bosque).
• Modality: Remote required 2 or 3 days per month in the office to maintain infrastructure activities.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM and availability to support calls.

• Education: Bachelors degree in related fields.
• Languages: Advanced English level C1- C2
