ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Position Specific
Facilitate supervised family visits in accordance with agency policies.
Provide direct support and care to youth and families including transportation supervision and engagement in activities to promote stability and well-being.
Assist with youth skill-building and implementation of basic behavioral strategies.
Provide administrative and regulatory support including documentation scheduling data entry and reporting.
Assist with compliance tracking and follow-up to support adherence to licensing and program requirements
Support recruitment and retention efforts event planning and hosting community outreach training and engagement events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Provide enhanced behavioral support and skill-building interventions for youth and families.
Coordinate access to community resources and structured activities for youth.
Participate in coordinating recruitment activities and event coverage in alignment with the recruitment plan.
Conduct home walkthroughs and provide compliance-related support to ensure ongoing monitoring and maintenance of Resource Family Approval in alignment with licensing standards and agency expectations.
Monitor recruitment plan tracking coordinating activities event participation and coverage support.
Assist in training and mentoring Permanency Support Specialist I staff providing guidance and support in daily tasks.
Employment At-Will Employment at the Agency is terminable at-will which means that employment may be terminated at any time without cause or reason by either the employee or the addition the Agency may also demote layoff transfer or reassign employees at any time at its sole discretion without cause or reason.
