Job Title: Physical Therapist Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: Jasper AL
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts
Schedule: 36 Hours Guaranteed (Expected up to 40 Hours/Week)
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $39$54/hour (based on experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting. This opportunity is ideal for experienced clinicians as well as new graduates looking to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive outpatient environment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
- Manage a daily caseload of approximately 1214 patients
- Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 patient visits per week
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients on exercises recovery goals and treatment plans
- Collaborate with rehabilitation staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
- Manage follow-up visits in a high-volume outpatient setting including expected double-booking workflows
- Maintain compliance with healthcare safety and documentation standards
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
