Exemplifies contemporary/visionary knowledge of school finance collective bargaining forecasting and legislation impacting district funding
Displays user-friendly communication skills in written and verbal ways that are proactive clear and timely
Aligns decision-making with systems planning while maintaining relationships in a positive manner
Shows self-awareness and interest in learning and growing by reflecting on constructive criticism and the input of others
Engages with the community and staff as visible and involved member of the district leadership team
Presents oneself as a calm and confident professional who is approachable adaptable and responsive to stakeholder needs
Leads the district financial office with integrity direction/delegation common sense and informed fidelity aligned with district policies and state/federal laws
Evaluates and applies the use of technology for system efficiency and benefit
