Nursery Practitioner Level 3 Essential

What Our Client Is Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification - this is an absolute minimum requirement and non-negotiable
Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
A thorough understanding of EYFS and early childhood development

Key Responsibilities
Delivering high-quality age-appropriate care and early years education across the nurserys rooms
Making full use of the nurserys outstanding outdoor spaces including sensory areas to enrich childrens learning
Planning and implementing engaging activities in line with EYFS that support babies toddlers and pre-school children
Observing and documenting childrens development sharing progress meaningfully with families
Building warm consistent relationships with children families and colleagues
Upholding and contributing to the nurserys Ofsted Outstanding standards every single day
