Responsibilities (these Are Some Of The Primary Tasks Involved): Assist patients with their activities of daily living such as ambulation dressing bathing toileting and personal hygiene
Follow the care plan of our RN supervisor
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Report changes in patient condition or behavior
Prepare meals following the patients nutritional requirements and preferences
Provide light housekeeping and laundry
Monitor for safety
Provide companionship
Complete 12 hours of in-service training per year
Annual competency evaluation by our RN
Qualifications: 2 years of live-in care experience
NJ Certified Home Health Aide
Must have legal work authorization for the United States
Drivers license a plus but not required
TB Clearance (2-step PPD Chest X-ray or Quantiferon)
Physical
MMR immunization record
Photo ID
