What The Role Involves: We are seeking a dynamic AssociateAccount Executive to join our high-velocity sales this role you will be responsible for independently closing inbound marketing-generated leads across international markets including the United States Europe and APAC. With an annual sales quota of $300000 you will work on short sales cycles (1520 days) and average deal sizes of $3000$6000. This role is best suited for driven sales professionals who thrive in remote environments excel at discovery and demos and can confidently move deals from lead to close with minimal supervision.
What Your Impact Will Look Like:
Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
Engage with inbound leads conduct detailed discovery and deliver impactful product demos
Handle objections effectively and position high-level solutions tailored to customer needs
Negotiate and close deals within short sales cycles while maintaining strong win rates
Consistently deliver attainment of the annual sales quota of $300000
Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in CRM
Stay informed about industry trends competitors and evolving customer needs
Collaborate with marketing and customer success to drive seamless customer experiences
What Youll Bring To The Team:
Experience: 23 years in Sales Business Development Account Executive or SDR roles within B2B SaaS Software or IT/Technology Services focused on acquiring new customers and driving net-new business.
Outbound Prospecting: Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound prospecting cold calling and pipeline generation.
Territory Management: At least 1 year managing sales across APAC EMEA or US regions including territory ownership and enterprise account handling.
Quota Achievement: Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding $200K$300K annual new business targets; top-performer recognition is a plus.
Core Skills: Strong communication negotiation discovery and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex deals.
