Key Responsibilities
Support the overall management and leadership of the nursery
Oversee practice within baby toddler and pre-school rooms
Ensure high standards of care learning and safeguarding are consistently maintained
Lead staff development coaching and performance support
Assist with observations planning and quality improvement processes
Support occupancy admissions and parent engagement
Ensure policies procedures and regulatory standards are met at all times
Promote positive relationships with children families and the wider community
Step into the Nursery Manager role when required
