About the Role A property management company overseeing a portfolio of 25 residential communities across the United States is looking for a creative self-sufficient Marketing Coordinator to bring their brand to life from the inside out. Youll own the full marketing operation from resident events and reputation management to multi-channel campaigns and onboarding workflows supporting over 100 on-site team members across the country. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding and genuinely enjoys wearing many hats.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Events & Marketing Materials
Oversee the resident event program announce monthly themes collect staff submissions and produce flyers using Canva templates
Execute multi-channel campaigns including email blasts text messaging Facebook events and Nextdoor advertising based on provided strategy lists
Create marketing materials with potential integration of AI tools
Reputation Management
Monitor and respond to online reviews across platforms
Resolve resident concerns and dispute inaccurate or negative feedback
Onboarding & Operations
Manage onboarding workflows including email signatures business cards and swag distribution
Track and manage projects and workflows via
Qualifications:
2 years of marketing experience in a professional setting
Proficient in Canva; comfortable with tech tools and open to AI integration
Strong attention to detail and highly organized
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities across a large distributed team
