Job Summary
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual administrative support to the team at Extract Wellness
- Manage and maintain calendars schedules and appointments
- Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the organization
- Assist in the organization and coordination of internal and external meetings
- Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations as needed
- Perform data entry and maintain databases accurately
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual administrative assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in using MS Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support roles
- Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
- Familiarity with CBD products and the wellness industry
