Job Summary
QuickfirmX is hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives on behalf of a leading international company in the travel industry.
In this role you will handle travel-related inquiries including reservations cancellations and modifications while delivering professional and high-quality support to customers.
Location & Salary
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to travel services and bookings
- Manage reservations cancellations and itinerary modifications
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience through professional support
Requirements
- Fluency in German at B2 level
- English proficiency at minimum B1 level (for bilingual accounts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent (graduates only)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center environment
- Previous experience in the travel industry or with GDS/Amadeus systems is a strong advantage
