Position Overview
The Bulk Plant Operator is responsible for ensuring safe efficient and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) to customers. This role supports bulk plant operations by blending and mixing products maintaining quality control standards managing inventory and operating heavy equipment while adhering to Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset experience operating machinery such as forklifts and the ability to perform physical labor in fast-paced outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities
Blend and mix bulk products for delivery to wellsites according to job program specifications
Calculate and verify quantities of material blends prior to loading
Follow quality assurance procedures to ensure accurate product loading
Coordinate movement of bulk materials with Logistics and PSD teams
Conduct daily paperwork and assist with monthly inventory counts
Label store and safely handle additives and materials
Dispose of empty drums and pails according to safety procedures
Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of bulk plant equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bulk plant facility
Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Wear required PPE and comply with all HSE standards and company policies
Assist in training operators and trainees as needed
