Job Description:
As a Mobile Biz Ops Sr. Analyst your role involves collaborating with Sales Product and Operations to generate accurate forecasts and managing demand for all product categories. The Sr. Analyst will play a pivotal role in data analysis reporting maximize sales and ensuring efficient supply chain management.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop analyse and communicate demand forecasts between Mobile Biz Ops and relevant stakeholders.
Manage mid to long-term sell-in/sell-out forecasts(AP2) including buffer management and logic based on leadership directives and consensus.
Conduct sell-in risk and opportunity simulations based on various factors such as COF/PO sell-out forecast validation through promotion activity and seasonal trends.
Analyse weekly Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) to identify demand fluctuations and inform demand shaping or cleaning.
Propose supply allocation between accounts to maximize overall SEA sales.
Consolidate and publish weekly AP2 reports including sell-in/sell-out week-over-week changes risks and financial implications.
Manage system-based tools to extract data for channel inventory analysis and reconciliation.
Monitor product arrival schedules and execute purchase order confirmations to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Monitor KPIs for operational excellence such as proposing aging depletion plans Project Support and Ad-Hoc Analysis:
Assist with supply chain projects and perform ad-hoc analyses as needed such as reporting dashboard creation automation etc.
Collaborate with team members and provide backup support/training when necessary.
Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:
23 years of experience in a relevant field
Preferred degree in SCM Business Administration Finance or Engineering
Strong analytical data management and computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Outlook and Office Suite
SAP experience is beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Ability to present to and collaborate with senior management
Experience working in a multicultural business environment
Background/Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in supply chain Operations management or related field; strong preference for Supply Chain Management or Finance degree
5 plus years experience in SCM Business Planning Finance or related field Preferred
Experience in Demand Planning Inventory Allocation or Finance Analysis
Ability to work independently problem solving delivering solid recommendations/solutions and executing upon recommendations
Delivery against supply chain objectives
Collaboration toward resolution of supply chain reliability issues
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $30.00 to $40.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
