About the role
Youll join Flipdish at an exciting phase of transition and growth with a big opportunity to unlock meaningful revenue potential across our global customer base by helping restaurants adopt expand and succeed with our products.
In this role youll manage restaurant customers (UK team) and work closely with Activations and Sales to ensure new accounts ramp quickly existing accounts stay healthy and expansion opportunities are identified and progressed. Success looks like higher adoption stronger customer health scores reduced churn risk and consistent revenue expansion across your portfolio.

What youll own
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant customers helping them engage with and find value from Flipdish products.
- Partner with Activations and Sales to ensure new accounts are onboarded correctly and grow orders quickly and efficiently.
- Identify and refer upsell opportunities for additional Flipdish products including Point of Sale.
- Drive higher lifetime value through increased product adoption better integrations improved satisfaction and stronger health scores.
- Expand revenue within accounts through feature optimisation effective case management and introduction of new and partner products.
- Interpret portfolio signals to identify at-risk customers and drive structured action plans to reduce churn risk.
What success looks like
- New customers in your portfolio onboard smoothly and ramp orders quickly with clear time-to-value.
- Product adoption and customer health scores improve measurably across your book of business.
- Churn risk reduces through proactive engagement clear action plans and effective issue resolution.
- A consistent pipeline of qualified expansion opportunities is surfaced and progressed with Sales.
About you
Youll thrive in this role if you:
- Have demonstrable experience managing a large book of business in Customer Success Account Management or Sales.
- Can show a proven track record in minimising churn and growing accounts.
- Are results-focused with a can-do attitude comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Use data confidently to prioritise actions and make decisions.
- Are highly organised and comfortable building pipelines and tracking processes.
- Communicate clearly and can present to customers and internal stakeholders over video.
- Have a strong interest in hospitality and understand the challenges restaurants face.
- Are analytical detail-oriented and motivated by revenue growth.
