Job Summary
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Saltillo MS
Pay Rate: Starting at $15.00/hour
Position Overview:
We are currently hiring motivated and dependable individuals for a Production Associate position at a manufacturing facility in Saltillo MS. This role will begin in assembly and production support with opportunities to train into Machine Operator and other general production positions as you grow within the company. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking stable long-term employment with advancement opportunities.
Pay & Advancement:
- Starting pay is $15.00/hour
- Employees will receive a $0.75/hour pay increase after completing 520 hours
- Opportunities for advancement department transfers and shift changes after permanent hire
Schedule:
Training Schedule (First 23 Weeks):
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM 5:30 PM
Regular Schedule After Training:
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- Two days on two days off
- Every other weekend required
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble products and manufacturing components
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor throughout the shift
- Operate machinery and production equipment safely
- Assist with general production and labor duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift heavy materials consistently
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required
- Must be dependable hardworking and willing to learn multiple positions
- Ability to work rotating schedules and overtime as needed
