Senior Product Manager, Insitutional Digital Asset Wallets

What youll do:

• Define and execute product strategy for institutional wallet capabilities
• Develop and manage product roadmap aligned with platform priorities and client demand
• Identify and prioritize features supporting custody transfers and asset lifecycle management
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle (requirements development launch iteration)
• Develop detailed product requirements and user stories
• Partner with Engineering to deliver secure and scalable solutions
• Ensure wallet functionality aligns with BSA/AML sanctions and transaction monitoring frameworks
• Incorporate control requirements into product design in coordination with FCC and Risk
• Partner with Operations Technology Compliance and Relationship teams
• Ensure integration with onboarding monitoring and settlement processes
• Monitor product performance and adoption metrics
• Drive enhancements to improve scalability usability and operational efficiency
• Support audit regulatory examination and governance processes

What youll need:

• 8 years of related experience in Product Management Treasury Management Sales or similar field.
• Bachelors degree in related field required.
• Previous leadership experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of general financial services or banking products and services.
• Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
• Advanced knowledge of banking products including treasury management credit cards as well as pricing dynamics. Market specific awareness.
• Advanced experience with Product Management Methodology including new product launches road mapping business cases product enhancements communication and marketing plans and robust executive management presentations and reporting development.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• Occasional travel required.
