Candidate Profile
7 years of relevant civil practice experience strongly preferred
Slightly less experience may be considered for exceptional candidates
Established or developing book of business approximately $200k preferred
Desire and ability to grow practice toward $500k annually
Subject matter expertise in a complementary practice area
Texas Bar license in good standing required
Strong leadership interpersonal and business development skills preferred
Interest in long-term succession and firm leadership opportunities is highly valued
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation based on a percentage of collections
A hybrid compensation structure may be available for the right candidate
Significant upside potential tied to origination and growth
Partial health insurance reimbursement provided
401(k) with dollar-for-dollar employer match up to 4%
Bar dues and Texas state occupation tax covered by the firm
CLE reimbursement up to annual limit
Cell phone plan coverage provided
