We are seeking an experienced and highly regarded Psychologist to step into a senior leadership opportunity as our Psychological Services Lead NSW. This role is ideal for a passionate leader who thrives on driving quality supporting clinical excellence and influencing positive outcomes across teams clients and schemes.
Requirements
Your New Role
Reporting into senior leadership your responsibilities will include:
Leading and overseeing psychological service quality performance and continuous improvement initiatives across NSW
Managing psychological resources templates and technical documentation ensuring systems and materials remain current and aligned with scheme requirements and SLAs
Providing technical advice and support to Team Leaders Managers and broader leadership teams regarding psychological services performance and quality
Facilitating case collaboration meetings file reviews audits and quality assurance activities
Delivering coaching mentoring onboarding support and training to Psychologists and internal stakeholders
Supporting performance improvement initiatives and implementing corrective action plans where required
Partnering with leaders to identify capability gaps and strengthen clinical excellence across teams
Contributing to internal and external auditing requirements and quality improvement outcomes
Managing escalated complaints and ensuring positive client experiences through effective resolution strategies
Providing technical insight and support regarding psychological platforms and digital systems
About You
To be successful in this role you will bring:
Full AHPRA registration as a Registered Psychologist with ongoing professional development maintained
Minimum 5 years experience working as a Psychologist in a transferable environment
Minimum 3 years experience in a senior leadership or technical leadership capacity
Strong understanding of psychological service delivery quality assurance and performance improvement frameworks
