Contract Management Manager

Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Legal and Contract Management professional with 6 years of experience in drafting reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements. Proven ability to mitigate legal risks while supporting business objectives. Familiar with Thai contract law international commercial terms and strong analytical skills to streamline contract lifecycles and ensure compliance within a dynamic organization in Thailand.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of active contracts ensuring timely renewals and terminations.
- Draft and localize standard templates for sales and service teams to reduce turnaround time.
- Conduct initial legal research on Thai regulatory changes affecting corporate operations.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations departments to ensure contract milestones and payment terms are met.
- Maintain a centralized digital contract repository for easy auditing and retrieval.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): End-to-end handling of NDAs Sales and Service Agreements and Vendor Contracts.
- Legal Compliance: Knowledge of the Thai Civil and Commercial Code and PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act).
- Negotiation: Assisting senior counsel in commercial terms and dispute resolution.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Thai (essential for the local market).
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office Suite and CLM software.
