Compensation:$25/hr - possibility to be a part time student worker
The HR Intern supports the Human Resources and Administration team in delivering day-to-day HR operations employee engagement initiatives and organizational processes.
* Assist with employee engagement initiatives
* Support planning and execution of company events surveys and programs (e.g. pulse checks recognition events)
* Provide support on HR reporting and analytics
* Compile data on headcount turnover and training completion
* Assist with HR dashboards and reporting requests
* Support compliance and administrative tasks
* Track mandatory training completion (e.g. safety compliance)
* Assist with audits and documentation preparation
* Assist with Development/training programs
* Assist with outline confirming accuracy and implementation of programs
* Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed including updating org chart

Details:
* Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field
* Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Must Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* Has a sense of urgency
* Interest in HR processes employee engagement and organizational development
