As a Senior Account Manager you will play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the U.S. helping clients unlock the full potential of cutting-edge AI solutions to drive their drug discovery and research efforts.
This is a high-impact quota-carrying role where youll be the primary point of contact for key accounts working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product adoption and expansion. Key Responsibilities:
Account Ownership & Growth
Own and manage the full commercial lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise pharmaceutical and biotech accounts.
Develop tailored account plans aligned to clients research priorities data strategies and product roadmaps.
Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the companys product offerings.
Collaborate with leadership legal and finance teams to negotiate contracts and licensing agreements.
Relationship Management
Build deep relationships with key stakeholders at director to VP level including scientists bioinformaticians and procurement teams.
Act as a trusted advisor understanding clients drug discovery pipelines data needs and competitive challenges.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure ongoing alignment on strategic value and growth opportunities.
Product & Technical Engagement
Gain in-depth knowledge of the companys AI solutions to effectively articulate product value.
Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure clients realize the full potential of their investment.
Act as the voice of the customer providing feedback and feature requests to influence product roadmap decisions.
Pipeline & Revenue Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data (opportunities forecasts and account strategies).
Forecast and report on expansion revenue with a high degree of accuracy.
Contribute to commercial strategy by sharing insights into market trends competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis.
