Head Coach Mens Club Rowing / Assistant Coach Womens Varsity Rowing
As Lehigh Universitys Head Coach for Mens Club Rowing and Assistant Coach for Womens Varsity Rowing youll provide comprehensive leadership for the Mens Club Rowing program while supporting the Womens Varsity team. Through high-level instruction and effective recruitment youll guide student-athletes toward competitive excellence academic achievement and personal development. This role combines hands-on coaching with administrative oversight ensuring both programs operate at peak performance levels. All activities must be conducted in compliance with University policies Athletics Department standards andwhere applicablethe rules and regulations of the Patriot League and NCAA.

This position is a Grade: 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $47570-$57090 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily training sessions and competition preparation for both teams
Recruit talented student-athletes who embody Lehighs academic and athletic standards
Manage program logistics including equipment travel and budget oversight
Mentor student-athletes in their athletic academic and personal development
Collaborate with athletics staff to support department mission and goals
Qualifications
Masters Degree
Three to five years of related experience
Experience as a Certified/Licensed Athletic Trainer in the collegiate setting preferred
Must possess NATA National Certification and current State Licensure. Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications are required
Valid Drivers License and a clean driving record
