What Youll Do
Drive Enrollment Growth
Recruit students for undergraduate graduate and professional programs
Build pipelines with community colleges healthcare systems and employer partners
Use data insights to refine recruitment strategies and meet enrollment goals
Engage & Convert Prospective Students
Manage student communication and tracking using Slate CRM
Execute outreach campaigns and follow-ups
Guide students from inquiry through enrollment
Represent Graceland in the Market
Serve as a key ambassador for Graceland
Develop partnerships with colleges employers and community organizations
Attend and host events info sessions and presentations
Travel locally regionally and nationally to support recruitment efforts
Deliver a Personalized Student Experience
Advise first-time transfer adult and graduate students
Partner with financial aid and academic teams to ensure a smooth process
Collaborate & Contribute
Work with academic and marketing teams to align recruitment strategies
Share market insights to support program growth and innovation
What You Bring
Bachelors degree required
13 years of experience in admissions recruitment or sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM systems (Slate preferred)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel locally regionally and nationally
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Valid drivers license
