Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Drive new business focused on large-scale contracts and enterprise clients
Leverage existing relationships and/or build a pipeline of $250K opportunities
Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Attend trade shows networking events and industry functions
Client Engagement
Conduct in-person meetings presentations and site walks
Manage high-level negotiations and executive-level relationships
Strategy & Reporting
Own a focused intentional go-to-market strategy from concept to execution
Report pipeline activity and forecasts to leadership
After ramp-up support sales enablement through process improvement and mentoring
Qualifications
Proven track record closing B2B service contracts with an average value of $250K
Experience in security facilities janitorial or similar contract-based services strongly preferred
Demonstrated success managing long complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Existing book of business or strong ability to build enterprise pipeline from scratch
Executive presence strong communication and high-level negotiation skills
Self-starter who is organized disciplined and thrives in a remote field-based environment
