Job Summary
Job Title: CNA Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Location: Alturas CA 96101
Job Type: Contract 13 Weeks
Shift: Days Nights Weekends (Flexibility Required)
About the Role:
Seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide patient-centered care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and respond to call lights promptly
Perform assessments of new or ill residents
Document care per facility policy
Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Assist with rounds and monitor residents after falls or injuries
Maintain strong teamwork with staff residents and families
Float to other units and assist with additional duties as assigned
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Active California CNA license required
Less than 1 year of experience accepted
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible shifts weekends and holidays
