Job Summary
Hourly salary of $35/hour.
We offer a $4/hour differential on evenings and $3/hour differential on nights.
Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking aFull-time EveningShift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to join our teamatPinckneyvilleCorrectional CenterinPinckneyvilleIllinois.
TheLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Clear/Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois or ability to obtain one required
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
Shift: Full-Time Day Shift
The schedule includes rotating weekends. Weeks 1 and 3 you will have T W Sat off. Weeks 2 and 4 you will have Sun-M and Th off. The schedule consists of 4 shifts/week (2- 8 hour 2 - 12 hour).
