Senior Human Resources Generalist (Benefits LOA & WC)
Jacksonville FL Hybrid $75000$80000
What Youll Do
Benefits Administration Manage medical dental vision life disability and 401(k) plans; oversee enrollments changes audits billing and Open Enrollment.
Leave of Absence Management Lead FMLA ADA STD/LTD and state leave processes; guide employees and managers; ensure compliance and accurate tracking.
Workers Compensation Manage claims from start to finish; coordinate with Safety; support returntowork and compliance reporting.
HR Operations & Data Integrity Maintain accurate HRIS data conduct audits manage documentation and resolve HR tickets.
CrossFunctional HR Support Assist with onboarding/offboarding HR reporting policy interpretation and team coverage.
Process Improvement & Compliance Support ACA reporting HRIS optimization SOP creation and HR communications.
What You Bring
3 years of handson experience in benefits 401(k) audits LOA and workers compensation
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication organization and problemsolving skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
Experience with process improvement or HR best practices is a plus
Bachelors degree or HR certification preferred
