About the Role
Were hiring a Slovenian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona from June 1st 2026 . No experience needed full training provided. Youll be the first point of contact for Slovenian-speaking customers resolving queries and delivering great service via phone email and chat.
What Youll Do
- Handle customer inquiries in Slovenian across phone email and live chat
- Provide product and service information and resolve issues efficiently
- Log interactions in the CRM and meet quality and satisfaction targets
What Were Looking For
- Native or near-native Slovenian (essential)
- Good English (working language of the office)
- No experience required we train you from day one
- Strong communicator with a positive customer-first attitude
- Eligible to work in Spain
