Operations Director Precision Manufacturing Chonburi

Im currently partnering with an international advanced manufacturing organization on the search for an experienced Operations Director to lead large-scale manufacturing operations in Thailand.

This is a senior leadership opportunity within a highly technical manufacturing environment supporting global customers across sectors including semiconductor electronics medical devices and advanced technology industries.

Location: Chonburi Thailand

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations including production planning warehouse logistics materials management and supply chain coordination
Drive operational excellence initiatives across Lean Manufacturing Kaizen 5S automation and continuous improvement
Oversee MPS/MRP planning BOM management inventory optimization and on-time delivery performance
Develop and manage cross-functional operational teams and department leaders
Ensure compliance with international quality and operational standards
Partner closely with regional and global stakeholders to align operational strategy and execution
Monitor KPIs across efficiency quality cost delivery and operational risk management

Requirements:
10 years of manufacturing leadership experience within complex industrial environments
Strong background in precision manufacturing electronics semiconductor optics or medical device industries
Experience leading production planning warehouse logistics and supply chain functions
Strong ERP/MES systems knowledge (SAP Oracle or equivalent)
Hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing and operational transformation
Strong leadership stakeholder management and strategic execution capability
English communication required; Chinese language capability would be advantageous
