Our Chapman Ford location in Scottsdale is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Service this role you will serve as the liaison between customers and technicians helping customers understand their vehicle maintenance needs while delivering an exceptional service experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule confirm and prepare for customer service appointments
- Determine vehicle service needs based on customer feedback inspections and mileage
- Create repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
- Communicate with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Monitor repair progress and provide customers with updates throughout the service process
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferably with Ford vehicles
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain vehicle service needs clearly
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
